Every year (in april and october), Leeuwendaal offers a chance to a number of young HR talents to start with the HR Traineeship “Leeuwendaal Bruist”: a biennial traineeship in which talentful young academici develop themselves to an HR-professional in the public domain. They do this by carrying out challenging HR related tasks within care, education, government. Next to that they follow an intensive education program which consists of training, coaching and intervision. This leads to a situation in which they are able to develop themselves within two years time at high speed, personally as well as professionally.
